Setup Tortoise SVN under Windows

1. Download and Install Tortoise SVN

At first you need to download Tortoise SVN for windows.

Install Tortoise SVN with default options. Do not modify any options if you don't know what does it mean.

After the installation, you need to restart your computer

2. SVN parameters

Create a folder for downloading Wing:

Right click the newly created folder, and select "SVN Checkout..."

In "URL of repository", input the svn address, and then click "OK". Notice: the svn address in the picture below are only used for illustrating how a svn address would looks like and where do you input it. The address may not be even accessible. You must make sure that you have a valid svn address.

Tortoise SVN should download all source code from repository.
